Mohammed Salman

Mohammed is a co-founder of Custodia Consulting and a key driving force behind the company’s development. With a solid technical background and a passion for building strong teams, he has been working since 2017 as a Senior Engineering Consultant for the maintenance department at AstraZeneca. There, he has held a leading and coordinating role in projects and installations on production lines. He has not only supported maintenance planning and guided technicians in creating maximum value within a cross-functional environment, but also developed and implemented innovative solutions using digital tools. Over the past nine years, SAP PM has become an invaluable tool in his work, where he acts as a superuser and trainer, contributing to streamlined processes and ensuring high maintenance quality.

With previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Production Developer, and Production Assistant, Mohammed has developed a deep understanding of both the technical and operational aspects of maintenance and production. In addition to his Master of Science in Innovation, Production, and Logistics from Mälardalens Högskola, he complemented his technical expertise with one year of studies in International Business Management in South Korea. This gives him a unique combination of technical expertise and strategic thinking. Mohammed is known for his humble and results-oriented leadership style, always seeing opportunities in challenges and continuously striving to develop both himself and his team. His core competencies include strategic maintenance, requirements management, GMP, Lean Production, TPM, as well as project and budget management.

By translating the company’s vision into concrete strategies and processes, Mohammed contributes with a structured and entrepreneurial approach that ensures successful projects and long-term investments. His ability to lead cross-functional teams and act as a technical advisor in global collaborations makes him an invaluable asset to Custodia Consulting, where his expertise in both maintenance and production sets the standard for high-tech consulting services.
