Joel Amb

Joel is currently one of our sharp project managers, taking pride in being flexible in his way of working to ensure successful project deliveries. With his background in sales and customer satisfaction, Joel has an impressive ability to deliver project results while keeping all stakeholders in mind. In a previous role as a Scrum Master, he gained solid experience in agile methodologies, team cohesion, and structured planning.

Joel has made significant contributions within the automotive industry in his role as a Project Manager. His projects have varied in nature, including investment projects, improvement initiatives, feasibility studies, and quality assurance. One of the successful projects he led was an investment project focused on implementing new test rigs to increase production volumes. In this role, he was responsible for coordinating and ensuring effective communication between suppliers, the reference group, and other stakeholders. During and after installation, he also oversaw the quality assurance of test results, ensuring compliance with both project and customer requirements regarding delivery and product performance. The project was handed over to the client with all open items closed and all parties satisfied with the outcome.
