He previously worked as an Engine Software Engineer together with his apprentice, where he ensured that programming and QA testing functioned correctly for all production units, both locally and globally. In this role, he worked with deviation management, product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives. He was also involved in cybersecurity projects to ensure compliance with UNECE requirements.

Danial has extensive experience leading projects within the automotive industry, including investment projects, improvement initiatives, and feasibility studies. One of the major projects he was involved in was the product introduction of electric vehicles. He played a central role in coordinating, planning, and developing technical solutions, including the installation of new equipment and modification of existing systems. He also acted as a key liaison between production, logistics, and suppliers to ensure efficient flows and optimal solutions. One of his side projects resulted in a significant increase in volume production and improved ergonomics in the manufacturing process by reducing assembly time and lowering annual costs by 40%.
