Agnes Månsson

Agnes is one of our skilled project managers within SAT, IT, and product development, with an impressive ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously — at one point, she was overseeing and following up on 40 investment projects in parallel.

With several years of experience in the automotive industry, she has led projects in investment planning, feasibility studies, SAT, and commissioning. In one of her major assignments, she collaborated with both the R&D department and production to introduce new prototypes and serial production lines. She subsequently implemented new processes to ensure a smooth transition to series production of the prototypes.

Agnes has also been involved in IT-related projects within the automotive sector, contributing to the implementation of a new production system and improved IT processes. She has supported requirements management related to logistics and production processes, collaborated with IT departments, and followed up on parts of the system development during the implementation of a 20-station production line.

Her flexibility and broad expertise enable her to take on various types of projects and consistently deliver results of the highest quality. With a strong interest in product development and IT, Agnes continuously embraces new challenges and drives Custodia Consulting forward.
